The company’s main area of expertise is production of high-quality precision stamped components for various industries. In recent years, hybrid products, or plastic injection-moulded stamped products, have become an increasingly important part of our production range.

STAMPED PARTS

We manufacture precision stamped parts from various materials according to our customers’ plans. Our products are built into end products in various fields:

  • car industry:
    engines and aggregates (stop-and-go system), LED lights
  • power tools:
    battery-powered drills, battery-powered angle grinders, electric slicers, robotic lawnmowers
  • small appliances:
    mixers, grinders, slicers, coffee makers
  • printed circuits, fuses, switches, etc.
  

We can manufacture precision stamped parts to your specifications, within the framework of the following parameters:

  • Material:
    copper, steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, bronze and specialty copper-based materials,
  • Thickness:
    od 0,10 mm do 2,5 mm,
  • Minimum batch size
    20,000 pieces annually (batch production) or by agreement
  • Stamping presses 12T-63T.

We also offer additional services for all products.

COMPOSITES



We process our products using Arburg injection moulding machines rated from 25T to 50T.  We use various compounds: PA6, glass fibre reinforced PA66, PBT, etc.

Our composite products are built into end products in the following fields:
  • car industry:
    engines and aggregates (stop-and-go system), LED lights
  • power tools:
    battery-powered drills, battery-powered angle grinders, electric slicers, robotic lawnmowers and
  • printed circuits
   The shot volume for injection moulding can be set within the following parameters depending on your needs:

  • Standard injection moulding 3-30 g/pc,
  • Micro-injection moulding < 0,5 g/pc.
