Call for competition for the establishment or upgrade of e-commerce at SMEs in the " E-COMMERCE 2017/18 programme"

At Dafra kontakt tehnologija d.o.o. we are continually fighting to optimise our business to raise productivity at the company in the long term. We are now focusing on optimisation in our work with clients, on both the procurement and sales sides. To this end we entered the following call for competition issued by the SPIRIT Slovenija public agency, and were awarded funding to improve the aforementioned operations:

Call for competition for the establishment or upgrade of e-commerce at SMEs in the "E-COMMERCE 2017/18 programme"

We are planning the following as part of the activities connected with the "E-COMMERCE 2017/18" optimisation programme:

- we will build an e-commerce platform for customers and suppliers: the platform will provide for partial automation of work, and fast, secure data transfer between us and our partners
- we will produce the company’s first website for foreign markets, and will carry out a study of the company’s entire digital approach
- we will produce a sales video in English for our products and manufacturing process
- we will carry out training to raise employee skills in the area of digital operations with customers

Project timetable: 1 November 2017 to 1 September 2018

The SPIRIT Slovenija agency will provide us with funding in the amount of €24,971 for the project.


The investment is being co-financed by the Slovenian government and the EU from the European Regional Development Fund.
